Work on trying to do a “Full” snatch. Pulling under the bar and catching the weight lower will allow you to lift more weight with good form.
Again, concentrate on good reps. Can drop the barbell and reset between doubles…no more than 10 seconds to reset. Rest approx 90 sec – 2 min between sets.
