With a Partner Find 2man Max Deadlift

“Flip Cup”

Split into two even teams and line up face to face

Each person does 10 burpees, 1 person working at a time.

*Slower team does 15 air squats.

Metcon (No Measure)

“Pong”

Split into 4 teams and set 6 plates on the ground in a pyramid.

All players being in Plank. One player at a time tosses a wall-ball (from below parallel) towards the opposing teams plates. If the Ball hits a plate directly, remove it.

If one of your plates is removed, the whole team does 10 jumping jacks.

If all your plates are removed, the whole team does 30 hollow rocks
