50 deadlift (135/95)

50 pushups

50 box jumps (24/20)

50 floor wipers (135/95)- holding barbell, toes to L plate, heels to floor, toes to R plate= 1 rep

50 KB clean and press (35/24)- 25 each arm

25 pull-ups
