We will be setting up for the Mad Hatter all day/night. Feel free to come in and work on whatever you would like. Below is an optional wod if you would like to do that instead. Feel free to help set up for the Mad Hatter, especially around 530pm! 🙂

OPTIONAL WOD:

15 Min AMRAP:

10 – Bodyweight Deadlift

20 – T2B

30 – KB Swing 53/35

or

15 min AMRAP

10- BW Bench Press

20 – TTB

30 – Hip extension
