CrossFit 151 – CrossFit

Crossfit 151 Benchmark Friday!!
We are going to start doing Benchmark Wods on Fridays. Some will be known Benchmarks(Fran,Grace,Linda,etc) and some will be 151’s version of Benchmark Wods. There will also be some new Named Wods. We will sometimes do a lift as well on Fridays, depending on the WOD for that day
