Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner WoD:

As many rounds/reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

5 – HSPU

10 – Abmats

15 – Cal row
** One partner at a time goes through the triplet. Tag your partner when finished with a round. Cannot move rowers. Must run back to tag partner at the HSPU wall.
