Split the Row and Thrusters up however you want. Thrusters will be with the same bar, you cannot set the bar down. The bar must be passed to your partner. If the bar is dropped you must run 400m before starting any work again. The Bar-Facing burpees will be synchronized. Both partners will perform all 20
