Today is a strength only day. Get some heavy lifts in and have fun!!
Split between Squat and Snatch as needed to fit people on the rig.

Weightlifting

Snatch (4×2 @ 70-80%)

Snatch (5×1 @ 80% +)

Take 90 seconds to 2 minutes between attempts. Pick heavy weights that you will be able to make!

Back Squat (4×5 @ 70-75%)

Back Squat (3×2 @ 80% +)
