Snatch (In not more than 10 min find today’s 1RM)

Work on trying to do a “Full” snatch. Pulling under the bar and catching the weight lower will allow you to lift more weight with good form.

Snatch (4×2 @ 75% of today’s 1RM)

Again, concentrate on good reps. Can drop the barbell and reset between doubles…no more than 10 seconds to reset. Rest approx 90 sec – 2 min between sets.
