Teams of 2 “FGB Style”
5 stations: 1 min. at each station/ 1 min. rest between each round

Stations are:
-Partner Walls Balls
-Double Unders (One person working at a time)
-Medball toss situps (20/14)
-KB Snatches
-Burpee Plate Jump

Complete 3 rounds with partner and rest 3 min before completing another 3 rounds
