Snatch Complex #1 (6×1 @ 70%)

A set of the Snatch Complex consists of:

1- snatch (power or squat)

1- hang snatch (power or squat)

1- overhead squat

1- snatch balance
Warm up to ~70% and perform 6 sets of the complex at weight.
