A set of the Snatch Complex consists of:
1- snatch (power or squat)
1- hang snatch (power or squat)
1- overhead squat
1- snatch balance
Warm up to ~70% and perform 6 sets of the complex at weight.

100 – Abmat Sit-ups
75 Wallballs 20/14
50 – Toes to Bar
25 – G2OH 95/65
