We will spend some time on double under efficiency and go over tips and cues to get double unders for those that are still attempting to be consistent with them

5 min rest..Then
Every minute you will get off the rower and perform a thruster..Ex Min 1 you perform 1 thruster. Min 2 you perform 2 thrusters and so on until you reach 2k on the rower or hit the time cap
