Here at CrossFit 151, we program your workouts for you! We will introduce you to functional movements and we will instruct proper form, movements and scale any workout if necessary. We will also offer nutritional suggestions if requested, and are committed to each client every time you walk in the door. To us, you aren’t just a member, you are a member of our community.

(E) = Elements Class: Attending an elements class is strongly encouraged for those new to CrossFit. Elements will teach proper warm-up techniques, movements and skills.

(FIT) = CrossFit 151 offers a 6 week no barbell program, 6 week Burn. Note: This 6 week program is offered on a limited basis. Contact us to learn more.

(CFK) = CrossFit 151 offers a CrossFit kids program is offered on a limited basis. Contact usĀ to learn more about this exciting and fun program for kids ages 6 to 12.

The 6 Week Burn

The 6 Week Burn

CrossFit 151 is introducing a new program – 6 Week Burn. This 6 week NO BARBELL program is designed for those who are looking to start working out or upgrade their current program. Our workouts will use high-intensity cardio and body weight movements to burn fat and build muscles so you’ll never get bored!

The next session begins October 14 and runs through November 21.
We will meet 3 times per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
