A set of the Snatch Complex consists of:
1- snatch (power or squat)
1- hang snatch (power or squat)
1- overhead squat
1- snatch balance
EMOM for 15 minutes
2x Deadlift (155#/115#)
2x Hang power clean
2x Push press
Record how many rounds you were able to complete the complex. If you are unable to continue, do the complex every 2 minutes until 15 min.
