SWOD:

Oly technique drills. Work on your worse lift. No heavy weights focus on technique and speed under the bar.

WOD:

60 second running clock.
Row 8 cal. In remainder of 60 seconds perform double unders.
Workout is over once athlete gets to 250 double unders.
